Experience: Zaha Hadid's Condo at the W South Beach. A $6.5 Million Dollar Modern and Eclectic Space Like No Other.

Here at WCL we are suckers for modern architecture and design and when you get to step into late Zaha Hadid's condo at the W South Beach Residences it is for sure an afternoon to remember. Considered the most prominent and successful female architect of the century, Zaha Hadid was an Iraqi-British architect who was the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004 and the UK's Stirling Prize architectural award in 2010 and 2011.

Known as the 'Queen of the Curve' for her work utilizing architectural geometry with lack of angles but remarkable use of curves, her most captivating work includes the Bergisel Ski Jump in Innsbruck, the Guangzhou Opera House in China, Bridge Pavilion in Zaragoza, Hotel Puerta America in Madrid, the London Aquatics Center for the 2012 London Olympics, the Galaxy SOHO in Beijing, the Port Authority Building in Antwerp, the Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul and the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku, amongst others.

This gorgeous space located at the W South Beach Residences, apartment 728, features a 2,541 square feet main residence with an adjacent studio apartment. The main residence is a space designed by late architect Zaha Hadid, featuring throughout the living room and dining areas, the traditional curves that the female architect is well know for. With the exception of the bathrooms and the kitchenette, everything was fully designed by Hadid including the furniture in the living room, furniture in the dining area as well as the artwork on the walls throughout the whole condo.

Captivating, modern and sleek are some of the words that come to mind when admiring the furniture that was custom designed and produced for the residence by late Zaha Hadid herself. A mosaic of colors, shapes and forms intertwine with clear acrylic resin, aluminum and high gloss finishes to culminate in a space like no other. Very Miami, très chic and fully loaded by Zaha Hadid's unique architectural style. Up for grabs for only $6.5 Million USD.
