Founded by Jacob Arabo, an immigrant from Uzbekistan, Jacob & Co. is very well known for selling high ticket jewelry creations, timepieces, and diamonds to celebrities and hip-hop and rap music artists. As his company flourished in the 1990s and Mr. Arabo became 'Jacob the Jeweler'. The brand’s early classics are the Five Time Zone and the Quenttin, the latter a first with its 31-day power reserve and a one-minute vertical tourbillon. The most notable advanced watches to date are the Astronomia Tourbillon timepieces.
