For Watches and Wonders 2026, the Vacheron Constantin Égérie collection returns to the spotlight with the Moon Phase Spring Blossom limited edition that advances that dialogue with a genuinely novel move: miniature hand-painting applied to the strap itself—a first for Vacheron Constantin.
Things to Know About the Watch
Housed in a 37 mm case in 18K 5N pink gold, the watch centers on a light pink mother-of-pearl dial worked in the collection's signature Pleats pattern. The moon phase occupies a subdial framed by 36 brilliant-cut diamonds between 1 and 3 o'clock, where gold moons emerge from mother-of-pearl clouds against a dusky pink sky. The winding crown, positioned between 1 and 2 o'clock in keeping with the collection's off-center aesthetic, is set with a moonstone. A bezel of 58 diamonds and a circular track of applied gold pearls complete the dial architecture.
The more consequential story is the calfskin strap, each one individually hand-painted with spring blossoms. Because miniature painting and the natural tonal variation of mother-of-pearl are both inherently irreproducible at scale, no two of the 100 numbered pieces will be identical. The watch comes with two additional interchangeable straps: a shiny raspberry pink alligator and a blush-pink grosgrain fabric, each with its own pink gold pin buckle and swappable without tools.
The Spring Blossom is presented in a hand-painted calfskin pouch and a dedicated strap case in matching leather—packaging conceived as an extension of the watch's aesthetic rather than an afterthought.
Powering the piece is the in-house calibre 1088 L with a power reserve of 40 hours of power reserve and composed of 164 parts.
For a limited edition of only 100 pieces, the Égérie Moon Phase Spring Blossom makes a coherent case for where métiers d'art belongs in contemporary watchmaking: not preserved behind glass, but worn on the wrist and evolved in new directions.
