This is a new iteration of the disruptive Patek Philippe Calatrava Pilot Travel Time in white gold reference 5524G, cloaked with an elegant ivory lacquered dial and a khaki green composite-material strap with a fabric motif. A dial with such a robust luminescent coating emits a green hue in its numerals and hands when exposed to minimal changes in lighting conditions.

Introducing: Patek Philippe Calatrava Annual Calendar Travel Time ref. 5326G-001. First Time These Two Complications Come Together.

Two useful complications come together for the first time. Patek Philippe combines two of its outstanding patented complications for the first time in one watch: the Annual Calendar —which requires a manual correction only once a year— and the Travel Time system for the display of a second-time zone. The outcome is a travel watch whose date display is synchronized with the respective local time. It simultaneously adjusts the date when the time zone is corrected.

Insider: Van Cleef & Arpels Midnight Heure d'Ici & Heure d'Ailleurs. Hands-on with a New Interpretation of this Jumping Hours Timepiece.

First presented in 2014 by Van Cleef & Arpels as the Pierre Arpels Heure d’ici & Heure d’ailleurs in an 18K white gold pebble-shaped case measuring 42 mm in diameter —which you can read about it here—, VC&A presented a new iteration of this watch during the SIHH 2018, this time with the more appealing and contemporary 'Midnight' round case in 18K pink gold measuring 42 mm in diameter. The new Midnight Heure d’Ici & Heure d’Ailleurs is equipped with Van Cleef's own dual time zone movement which offers an understated and poetic interpretation of time, suspended between two horizons. Reading the hours becomes an invitation to travel, like a window open on the world.
