In 15 years at MB&F, only one watch has ever been crafted from yellow gold and that was the LM101 Frost Yellow Gold until now. Today, five years later, the Legacy Machine Perpetual makes its appearance in Yellow Gold. First launched in 2015, the LM Perpetual series is one of MB&F’s best sellers with limited editions in white gold, red gold, platinum, and titanium. The vast majority of these variations are sold out; therefore, it was time to introduce a new 18k yellow gold case with a deep blue face, limited to just 25 pieces just like the rest of the previous iterations that were available with the same limitation with the exception of the titanium one which was available in a limited edition of 50 pieces.

Since its development in 1952, the Breitling Navitimer has been one of the world’s most admired chronographs, and, with some recent additions to the family, Breitling has been introducing this watchmaking leg end to a whole new generation of enthusiasts around the world. The Navitimer is arguably the most iconic of all Breitling wristwatches. This twentieth century classic remains popular in the twentyfirst century, more than 65 years after it was first launched to meet the needs of a growing commercial and recreational aviation market. Thanks to the circular slide rule that was capable of performing a range of calculations relevant to aviation, the Navitimer was adopted by pilots and especially favored by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association —AOPA. Instantly recognizable, this time less chronograph’s design is as appealing today as it was when it was introduced.
News: Urwerk UR-100 GunMetal. The Third Iteration of the UR-100 Space Time.
The Urwerk U-100 was initially released in two different versions back in September 2019 under the Space-Time names. You can see the previous iterations of this watch here. The Urwerk UR-100 Space-Time was launched in two 25-piece limited editions, one referred to as UR-100 Iron in titanium and steel, and the second one UR-100 Black in black PVD-coated titanium and black PVD-coated steel. The Urwerk UR-100 was inspired by a 19th-century pendulum clock —a present to Felix Baumgartner from his father Geri, a now-retired renowned clock restorer— made by Gustave Sandoz for the 1893 World’s Fair in Chicago.

Inspired by the Speedmaster ST 105.003 that Ed White wore in 1965 when he became the first American to walk in space, this new 39.70 mm stainless steel model features a bezel ring in polished black ceramic —ZrO2— with a tachymeter scale in white enamel. Gracing the black step dial are the familiar Moonwatch hands, small seconds sub-dial, 30-minute recorder and 12-hour recorder, and central chronograph hand. Collectors will be thrilled to see the addition of the iconic “Dot over Ninety” and other respectful nods to the past, including vintage Omega logos throughout the design.
