BREGUET

Breguet was founded in 1775 by the father of the tourbillon, Abraham-Louis Breguet. In his day, Breguet crafted some of the most complicated watches for French diplomatic elites. The master watchmaker is credited with inventing the self-winding watch in the 1780 Perpétuelle, gongs for repeating watches in 1783, and shock-protection for balance pivots in 1790. Breguet’s iconic collections include the Classique, the Heritage, and the Tradition, all featuring the brand’s “moon” tip watch hands.
